Nueces County & the Coastal Bend Emergency Management Association (CBEMA) are pleased to announce the 2025 Coastal Bend Hurricane Conference being held May 7-8, 2025 at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robstown, Texas.

13 Years of Success!

Each year, this conference draws in over 1,000 enthusiastic attendees. Now in our 14th year, participants come from a diverse range of backgrounds including local, state and federal government officials and responders, policy makers, volunteer organizations, private businesses and industry representatives

Who Attends?

The conference audience consists of professionals at all levels of emergency preparedness, from newcomers to seasoned experts with a wealth of experience. Since 2011, we’ve achieved tremendous success along the Middle Texas Coast capturing the full attention and involvement of community leaders, elected officials and stakeholders. Our conference attendees have access to topnotch training and networking opportunities that typically are only available at pricier statewide and national conferences. You will find several ways you can participate and many sponsorship opportunities to showcase your business or organization.

Door Prizes/Giveaways/Vendors/Equipment-Apparatus Displays

We are seeking door prizes, attendee giveaways, exhibitor/vendors, equipment/apparatus displays and any contributions (in-kind or financial). We’re thrilled to receive in-kind donations and/or financial support as it greatly boosts our efforts to cover conference expenses and keep our conference registration fees low each year.

SPONSORSHIP and EXHIBITOR/VENDOR REQUESTS – Deadline February 14, 2025

If you’re interested in sponsoring and/or being an exhibitor/vendor, you must fill out and submit the online Sponsorship Form / Exhibitor Form no later than February 14, 2025. All Exhibitor Forms MUST be pre-approved by the Conference Planning Committee and exhibitor spots are not considered secured until approved.

SPONSORSHIP and EXHIBITOR/VENDOR PAYMENTS – Deadline March 14, 2025

Payments for Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor/Vendor space must be received no later than March 14, 2025. You can make a payment by clicking HERE. Space is limited and spots are secured quickly! As soon as we receive your form(s), we will contact you via the email you provided on your form.

CONFERENCE GENERAL SCHEDULE

Wednesday, May 7 (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Day one includes morning general sessions, Exhibitor Expo, lunch (provided to badge/meal ticket holders), and three (3) afternoon (PM) breakout sessions.

Thursday, May 8 (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Day two includes three (3) morning (AM) breakout sessions, lunch (provided to badge/meal ticket holders), and optional participation in the afternoon regional hurricane tabletop exercise.
