Description: The goal of this course is to strengthen dispatching and calltaking skills through proven communication, documentation, and decision-making techniques. Participants will analyze real caller, responder, and dispatcher audio to identify best practices and develop effective CAD notes and dispatch responses. Attendees will leave with practical strategies, including the 10 Do's of Dispatching and the 10 Do's of Calltaking, to enhance performance and improve service to responders and the public.
