Non-Medicaid residents now have MORE options.

The Coastal Bend Aging and Disability Resource Center is ready to assist any non-Medicaid residents when they request the option to return to the community.

Some non-Medicaid residents would like to return to the community. If you or someone you know is in a nursing or assisted living facility, are in the hospital waiting to get discharged back into the community and are non-Medicaid or private pay.

According to MDS 3.0 Section Q referral process which approaches the nursing facility resident assessment from a more centered planning perspective in which residents are required to take a more active role in determining their individual service plan.
