The Coastal Bend Aging and Disability Resource Center is a Community Based Organization (CBO) with the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). In an effort to make it easier and more efficient for Texans to apply for and manage their HHSC benefits.
Individuals may apply for or get assistance in applying for:
SNAP food benefits (food stamps)
Health-care benefits (Medicaid and CHIP)
Cash help for families (TANF)
Medicare savings program
Long-term care
View your case

Self-Service Site Individuals who are computer savvy can come to the ADRC office and apply for benefits online, the CBADRC provides:
A computer with an internet connection for people to use YourTexasBenefits.com
Printer to print out copy of application for your records
Telephone to contact someone with any questions you may have regarding your application
Assistance Site Individuals who are NOT computer savvy may have a Certified Navigator assist with an application
A Certified Navigator will assist with a new application
A Certified Navigator can assist with a renewal for existing services
A Certified Navigator can assist you in managing your case online
There is no charge for assistance through the Community Partner Program.
